Good eye there, I hadn't noticed that. But sure 'nuff the Charleston area of West Virginia is the least happy in that state.
I can't quite make out what's happening in the narrow strip poking up between Ohio and Pennsylvania.
In the British maps one might conclude that the "Celts" (Cornish, Welsh, Scots) are happier than the English... a gross generalization and oversimplification I realize, but maybe kilts=happiness!
