Anyone cutting down jackets?

So, now that Victoria has moved on from cutting down jackets to make beautiful Argyles, is there anyone else picking up the reigns as a jacket stylist?

I just don't have the skills with a sewing machine.

I'm in need of two things, either someone to convert a jacket or someone to show me how this blasted sewing machine is set up and operated!!

Conversion can be a hand sewing job, jump in a give it a try! You could start with a thrift store jacket for practice. Plenty of threads on the forum showing how it's done and you can always post photos/questions for advice specific to your chosen victim, err, Saxon

ETA: "can be" hand sewn. If you are adding a lot of elements (cuffs, epaulettes, etc.) you might benefit from a machine, but it could still all be done by hand.

I appreciate that and certainly might give it a go. It is hard to imagine even coming close to the beautiful work that Victoria did though. And, of course, having it before 2017 would be great too.
