I too carry many things with me. My sporran is large enough to fit all the items you mentioned (pus a few more) but the problem with that is the weight in one spot suspended. I did not like that, so In my sporran goes my wallet, car keys, phone, change purse, etc. Then I do indeed have another pouch on my belt. My knife usually goes in my sock, and your flashlight should fit in the other one. Another method in emlplore is putting items in your shirt or a vest. Pee ants have made us getting used to putting everything there, but a nice vest with a few discreet pockets not only makes the kilt look nice, but gives you a good place to put items.
Now, if this is every day mucking about I can personally recommend a 5.11 vest as it has 26 pockets, more than enough to put anything you want, but for a dressier look, then I can't offer any suggestions there as I am looking doe a nice, not hot vest to go with my kilts when me and the wife go out on a date and I do welcome any suggestions on that front.
