Do like the colour of your kilt, colours of your outfit go together well. I think that because you are long limbed it makes the jacket appear shorter than it actually is, it may be worth pinning the arms up an inch to see if it alters the look and if it does then shorten them. I don't have that problem being built like the dwarves from lord of the rings - short arms, legs and barrel like body.
Whatever you decide it still looks very sharp.
