Kilted Fridays Adventures

Kilted with my in-laws (all rented) at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver.
I'm in Stephenson "ancient" and a coyote fur sporran (loaned my day sporran to the nephew in law, so I had to dress it up a little).

Lot's of compliments and plenty of others in kilt "costumes."
As usual, the local pipes & drums open the session marching through all the brewery tasting booths.
One woman asked if I was a real Scotsman. I replied, "I am an American with Scottish heritage." She proceeded to explain to me what it means when someone asks that question...I had another beer.
Then a dude demanded to know if I was commando and repeatedly attempted to expose my stick and stones.
It almost got ugly, but we hugged it out and had another beer.
