Small world, isn't it.
Now watching Brigadoon on TCM. One of the denizen is one Charles Dalrymple. Darned if I don't have a distant cousin living in the village!
He's ready to marry a Capmbell lass. That's trouble brewing.
The theatrical costumes are interesting. The kilts are all worn up to the ribs as done in olden times. The range of tartan is fascinating I wish I could identify more of it.
It's been ages since I last saw the movie on TV. It looks great on a UHD flatscreen. I wish shows like it were still coming out of Hollywood. Broadway show music is my favorite next to opera. Any others here share a liking for the melodies?
