I believe Gaelic Themes is the manufacturer of the jacket. They are a producer of many items of Highland dress, including a popular line of kilt hose.

One is allowed to smile, but certainly not required to. We, as a society, should reject the social conditioning which causes people to smile any time a camera is picked up.
