Interesting to me, that pattern of sporran with the utterly plain flap with the old-fashioned stud closure and fur front and gusset due to it not appearing in a number of the common catalogues. It's basically a regimental sporran design with fur.
Here's that one with three of its brethren
Here you can see the same flap style (plain with piped rim, with stud) appearing as #19 in the Anderson 1936 catalogue. However this one has a plain front and different style of tassels.
Here's the standard plain Day sporran in black, with the typical gold oval Made In Scotland Real Leather stamps both on the sporran and on the strap. Quite inexpensive and appears to be in great condition.
