    I assume you mean Celtic theme rather than Celtic? There's not much reliable pre-first millennium music surviving.

    "Emmanuel" originates in the 8th century and it got it's Gregorian Chant melody sometime in the 13 hundreds. It is not Celtic per se but you can be assured that a great may Celts have sung it over the millenium.

    ("Deck the Halls" has become a rather cheesy Christmas theme but it's origins are a Welsh folk song ... with pre-Christian subject matter)

    I like the Scottish "Devil's in the Kitchen" myself.
    Those ancient U Nialls from Donegal were a randy bunch.
