Yes, Hamish, Data CD's are pretty much viewable anywhere, assuming that the CD is burned to one of the usual standard formats. It's nothing like the PAL/SECAM hassle you run into with European/USA DVD's.
MAC, the volume sounds amazing and like a blinking lot of work and love went into it. Sounds like something to be proud of.
