You're right, Todd. The sporran shields are definitely Gordon, but that is also definitely a modified enfield cartridge box. The sporran shields were part of regulation dress from the mid 19th C. until amalgamation in 1994. The cartridge box, however, is 1. not a sporran, 2. even as a cartridge box, is not of the correct style for the Gordons, and 3. not a sporran! It is of the british style, but was never found with a sporran shield and tassels! If you really want to compliment a nice Modern Gordon, go with a simple black semi-dress sporran with the Gordon sporran shields! Of course, I'm always partial to the grey and black horsehairs (but at $350, they are not very practical!!). It looks like the seller put key rings on the belt loops of the cartridge box and removed the forward box flap to just include the inner flap and attached the tassels and shield. I would recommend avoiding this item.
