I have had many do you play the pipes? question. I just tell them no, do you play the banjo or some other insturment because you are wearing a pair of pants.. This usually ends the musical questions.

I got the pipes question a couple of times the friday night before the Flagstaff Celtic fest. I was wearing my SWK standard Nightstalker. The one lady in the Irish pub and eatery (fish and chips were awful btw) just didn't seem to understand why else I would possibly be wearing the kilt.

You just gave me a good idea, I play the Blues Harp and it will definately fit in a sporran...........now as to the tune, I need to think about that one.

I wore my kilt to a german festival yesterday and several people asked if I played. I just tell them that I am the designated drinker for the band. I get the strangest looks. Sure is fun. and yesterday it was cooler than leiderhosen.
