I can definitely understand what you're meaning, but this isn't really a diet, I've just been eating better and I've incorporated excersize into my daily 'schedual'. For instance I've gotten rid of my bus pass and now walk to and from work every day. That's not something I plan on stopping doing.

I've gained a bit this last week, but I'm sure it'll come off.

I guess if I wait until summer is here I'll have time to see how much I can lose and to see that it stays off

I think I'll wait it out, it should be possible!
