If you still haven't found a kilt maker I would suggest MacHummel from Canadian Casual Kilts. He has worked with some rip stop Camo for quite a few kilts. He may be able to help you out. PM him and I'm sure he'll give it a go.

There is a picture of one Camo kilt made at CCk in the Contemp. and non Trad. kilt forum under I think, '' just thought I would share'' by MacHummel near the top of the new posts.
