The one thing I have to say is that I stay away from canned haggis. I have one I use for jokes, but I never eat it.

Then you're missing out on some good eatin' then, namely The Caledonian Kitchen out of Texas. All of our expats in our local Scottish society have pronounced their tinned Haggis as "Bully", to paraphrase Teddy Roosevelt!

Caledonian Kitchen does have some decent Haggis. I wasn't fond of the vegetarian but it still wasn't bad, kinda of "beany."

If I worried about what went into a Haggis I wouldn't eat it.

But I love it!
