Mmmmm, perhaps a light blue with a white rosette wouldn't be so bad.

Not something I'd wear, they look a bit too... flashy, no pun intended. No reason anyone else shouldn't wear them though. I imagine they might look good during a parade or something, on a band of pipers or whatever.
