Where I stay, Indianapolis is about 55 miles to the South and Chicago is about 120 miles to the North-West, so each team had a lot of fans in this area.
We long-suffering Bears fans were rooting for the Monsters of the Midway when the Colts were still in Baltimore.
As a former Hoosier (and resident of Lafayette and South Bend) I have to agree - the Colts (to me) will always belong in Baltimore (and the Ravens with Edgar Allen Poe).

Hmmm, that's going to be me, trying to take this one off-topic again. 
Tell me about your time in Lafayette. I've not been here long, myself. Only a touch over 52 years.
