Throwing footwear

Here's a pic of Bull Bullock, from the San Diego Black sheep..check his shoes. You wear them for throwing hammer, to help anchor your feet on the ground (if you're serious about it)

I hear there even better to walk in . I don't wear the blades to throw in yet, I just wear my hiking boots. I have ordered the Tanels , the next time I plan to compete is in Oct. @ Loch Hartwell.
