Machine wash cold water with like colors. NO FABRIC SOFTENER (thanks for stating that already Brad).
Hang dry or lie flat (and open) to dry.
I wash my kilts after several wearings... don't want to overwash them, but they shouldn't stand up by themselves, either. Good rule of thumb... Every 3 - 4 times if you don't sweat. Every time or every other time if you sweat a lot. If you spill something on it, you can either spot clean it with a damp rag or just throw it in the washer.
