    Raphael,
I used to go once a week to men's yoga after work, with my then boss, and his boss who was Chief Executive of the organisation and was a great believer that yoga was a good stressbuster and bonding exercise for senior managers - though we usually undid all the good by going to the pub afterwards and drinking too much alcohol. The numbers fell away until eventually the teacher abandoned the class and invited us to join with the ladies class which none of us did. I didn't smoke. I was too fond of alcohol, and tried several unsuccessful methods to cut down or quit before I eventually found hypnotherapy worked for me. The Allen Carr clinic is mainly for quitting smoking but they also run alcohol sessions in some of the larger cities. I only needed two single day sessions. Best of luck.

    Dreadbelly,
I very nearly lost it today because of some idiot making a skirt comment.
Been there, done that, got the Tee-shirt. Now that I also wear non-traditional non tartan kilts as well as 8-yard tartans it doesn't bother me any more. OK so what if its a skirt, it's a man's skirt. The guy making the comment is usually wearing girls' or unisex jeans.
