    Oh, I get it. It was a joke!

    Like the brilliant Chief of Staff of the U. S. Army who originally ordered their new black berets from China. That went over like a fart in church.

    I am glad to see that the British Army finally got its act together and ordered the kilts, and that they ordered them from Scotland.
