My wife and I tried every procedure known to medicine aside from having someone else..hmm.."sub in" for me. Nothing worked. After spending close to 40 Scottish Tanks ( 8yard tartan kilts for those who don't know) on medical procedures and meds, and five years of time, we gave up and started looking into adoption. right about that time I started wearing kilts. Now, there is no medical proof ( as the docs said that I had no fertility problems) but after about five months...*POOF* my wife was pregnant!

so yes, I am a VERY strong supporter of the kilt as a conception aid!
Similar experience. While the doc said I had no fertility issues, he thought it was great that I was always in a kilt when he saw me, for the same reasons.

As for conceiving, my wife was on all kinds of drugs and then we took a month off before trying invetro. Sure enough the one month (after about 8 months) with no drugs was the month she got pregnant. Go figure.
