Did she (they) get the kilt already on the mannequin or is she the dummy?

Well it came like that on the mannequin, but it's rentable. It comes with a black dress shirt, jacket, tie, a tam, and a fly plaid. I don't see how hard it would be to just I dunno... turn the kilt?
