Yep, drilled a round hole. As my good drill died the other day, & the old one has a wobbly chuck (& also the fact that I have no room to set up my mill ATM) I didn't trust it to drill a series of interconnected small holes. I went with one round the size of the tang's width, & when I fill it (probably tonight) I'll use a couple of notched pegs to take up the slack, & mix sawdust with the epoxy. Working on the sheath ATM. I haven't cut myself yet, in spite of it being a live blade. Probably a combo of clamping the blade as much as possible, & the fact that being a tattoo artist, I take special care of my hands. Infected cuts etc put me out of work until they're healed.
