			My "New" UK Workman

I am the proud owner of an experienced black workman, compliments of Ugly Bear! Now I need to find a good belt to go with it. I'm thinking maybe a black web belt, instead of leather.
 What say you all?

Here are a couple of pics. They aren't the best because I was having to use the self timer.

I think a web belt would work, or even a duty belt with the plastic buckle.

I like wide plain leather belts with my UKs. Best value I've found (great price with top quality) are the ones AmeriKilts sells. They're made by a craftsman. If they don't show brown on the website you can ask for it.
Also, check the new UK Newsletter for the Seatbelt belt with UK on the back...a mere $50

Think they're out of the old "Commie" buckle Russian belts. But it don't hurt to ask.

Looking good. The kilt oozes good quality and should be excellent for smart casual wear.

Well, not exactly "compliments" -- I didn't exactly give it away.

The belt I always used with that kilts was a raw leather 2 1/2" work belt. I got mine at Home Depot. Not wishing to put down anyone's advice here, but a thinner belt isn't going to work well with this one: the waist area bunches up, and the belt loops stick out and get snagged on stuff.

Plus, the huge work belts look absolutely f'n' brutal.

I'm glad you're putting the kilt to good use.

That's what I love about this place. You get great advice from people with a lot more experience.
Thanks everybody. And Bear you didn't give it away but I think it will be worth every penny.

What? You don't like the legs?

And if it sits right on the hips, the kilt end up below the knees. Then I get to hear people telling me it's too low. You can't satisfy everybody.

The belt will have to be wide, no doubt. I was thinking something along the lines of the pistol belt maybe.
