You look great!

I like the shirt color...oatmeal hose would look great with it. A bottle green (wool) tie would look better...and a slightly neater tie-knot.

It's also possible to use another tie colour and matching flashes I think, maybe maroon?

...but even without any changes...you still look very well dressed
