Don't worry I'll keep everybody informed, I drive past the location everyday on my way to work. Right now the building in question is an empty mexican food place, so I'd guess they are a few months away from opening.

I E-mailed the corporate offices to see if they were looking into opening one in Boston Area. I even listed a perfect location which would not require much redecoration. a defunct irish Bar Restaraunt Called Bennigans in Framingham MA.
No response yet....Keeping fingers crossed.
