I understand the strong feelings (and British laws) concerning such things. BUT, I wouldn't let that get in the way of what appears to be fine items in the rest of their offerings.

Never mind the feelings, or credibility. A good chunk of the British economy is based on selling these items to any commoner that will buy them. The law is only there to stop somebody from trying to claim the rights they don't have.
Just put the thing on the wall and say, "That's not mine, it belongs to somebody with a name like mine, and I like it so there it stays." Or not.

Somehow I seriously doubt that the "bucket shops" are propping up the British economy, though. 
And in this case, we are really dealing with Canadian law, since there is a Canadian Heraldic Authority:
