I know 4-5-6 miles isn't all that far, but the days of feeling the "need" to do 12 miles are gone, we're out here to kick back and have fun. I can DO 12 miles a day (for a couple of days) still, if the altitutde isn't too high and there aren't too many 800 foot hill-climbs to do, but the "need" to do that to prove "something" has vanished into the past of my young adult years.....ANY-way, I digress. Back to kilted-ness. Thhis hiking in a kilt thing is just all right...

Wanna come hike with me, Alan? I refuse to carry more than 30 lbs. though.
Andrew.

I will do the John Muir Trail before I succumb to excessive Age, someday, though.

That's a beautiful section of the country. Do John Muir proud and wear a kilt when you hike it.
Andrew.
