I agree with the others. The kilt length looks good. Belt is fine appears to be around 2"? With your proportions you might consider a wider belt later on but as Panache said, the rectangular buckles are really not intended for day wear if that's what you meant by "proper" kilt belt. The sporran could be a smidgen lower but it doesn't look out of place. My rule of thumb is that the sporran should be high enough so it doesn't bounce off my thighs when I walk and low enough so it doesn't rub against the belt (usually about 1 hand width or less). A bit more slack in the sporran strap would make it all more comfortable so I'd make that my first purchase. Being able to easily swing the sporran around to the side or get it on and off is a great thing when using for daily wear.
