I'm not sure if the kilt "completes me" but it definitely is way to boost my own confidence. I think anyone who dons the kilt has "it" somewhere inside and just needed that push out the door to recognize it.

Well said. I would agree, the kilt is mealy another manifestation of my personality. It is not the ‘be all’ or ‘end all’. It is just another part of me. And yes, it absolutely takes, and builds also confidence to wear the Kilt.
