A couldn't agree more. I'll probably get the ballistic nylon sporran too.. I like to change accessories a lot (blame this on Donna).

Ardchoille: not a hijack attempt, but wanted to relate something the wife told me the other day. We were getting ready to go out, and I changed my outfit. I was wearing the new Newsome Leatherneck box pleat, a black polo shirt, and my RKilts sporran (distressed bronze leather) and brown shoes. I gritted my teeth and finally decided that the black shirt clashed with the overall color palate, and switched to a green Skagway t-shirt. The wife looked at me and said, Until you started wearing kilts, you never matched your wardrobe colors!

Another vote for Buzz Kidder sporrans. I was given the Loch Ness model and found them to be large and very well made.

    Cheers

I have the Buzz Kidder Country Sporran, it is similar to the ribbed model except that it has a smooth leather front. The leather is soft and has plenty of hand space and carrying capacity..
