Welcome from Heidelberg, Germany! Are you planning on wearing your kilt on a regular basis or just mainly at your wedding?

I can definitely see myself wearing a kilt more than for just special occasions. This has just brought me to it. I'm thinking about my second kilt already, and I don't even have the first yet. I think my second one will be geared toward hiking, and third probably more every day and... Oh dear where does it end? Heh, time will tell I guess.

Welcome aboard. You're brand new and you've already got the addiction. And to answer your question, it never ends. There is always at least one more kilt or accessory that you want.

Welcome from an olde Raleigh guy (late 60s era)

You don't gotta be sighted to FEEL the comfort and freedom of a kilt.

So, just for the old besotted and confused brain pan on my shoulders, just how do you "read" our responses?

You know, that is a good questions I sometimes overlook. I have been using computers for so long, it's almost second nature. The short answer is, I use a regular computer with regular peripherals, an one added peice of software to make things as accessible as possible. This software basically translates things into synthesized speech output via the sound card. Usually it works pretty well, but there are evil hurtles such as captchas. If it were not for my fiance reading the necessary captcha information use here when joining, I would not be typing this now.

    Salutations from California.

May I congratulate you on your choice of a kilt maker. I have a 5 yard knife pleat by Matt Newsome and it is a very handsome and well made garment.

Welcome to X Marks the Scot!
