kilties in MN
There is a VERY active Scottish communty here in Minnesota, and expecially in Minneapolis/St. Paul.
The http://www.tartandaymn.org/ is a good start. If you sign up for the SNIM it will list where all the activities are going on each month, and where the kilt nights are.
You should join one of the local dance groups. RSCDS practices at the Tapestry in MPLS, and it is a BLAST!
Clan Tartan is also quite active doing demonstrations and dancing.

Yes. After spending some time really digging in on the net, I found a bunch of stuff. Oh!, the impatience of !youth! To bad I'm not actually "Youth"!
Still, with a name like "Minne-kilts", people would flock in!
