Ok, I went online to order a gizmo and found one to purchase one. The sight had reviews and all of the reviews were horrible. Every one said to not get it because it leaked, didn't heat up enough to make steam, etc.
How many have this gizmo and how do they work for you?
Or does Ron have the only one that works?

I've never had any problem with mine - it works great.

I not only have never had a problem with mine, last week I forgot I had it plugged in for about thirty hours...it didn't catch fire and it worked fine when I needed to use it after.
Like any manufactured product though a few defective ones are bound to slip through and cause some unlucky buyers to have a bad experience.

I have one and it works fine for me. My main complaint is if you have to iron more than a few pleats, it seems to run out of water too fast. It also works great on jackets and such, as you can keep them on the hangar for touchups.
You do have to remember that it is not designed for full out ironing. If that's what you want to do with it, you should get a regular iron instead.
