I see no problem using the MacLaren tent as a place to check in and out. (I love making "executive" decisions - on the bases of no information and no authority. 
) Also, I'll bring the other shade tent and a couple chairs. It can be setup somewhere close by. Anyone who can, should bring a chair or two.
The forecast is for mostly sunny, mid-70's. It's likely to be a perfect day for the games.
