That doesn't just happen over there. A while back, I was walking down the street, kilted, in Ensenada Mexico, and got asked to pose three times in the space of two blocks. Twice by tourests and once by a local.
That's when I wish I could fake a Scottish accent!

Me too!Sadly a combination of English public schools,Sandhurst,and too many years farming in England has robbed me of my Scottish accent.It is very ammusing to see people's expressions when they talk to me ----they are of course expecting the Scots accent and all they get is a Scotsman!
