Unfortunately, no... Sportkilt and Stillwater both already have it. No sense in duplicating every single tartan in the "casual" market.
That and Jerry (from Stillwater) and I have a "gentleman's agreement" of sorts. I'd send him Leatherneck inquiries if he sends me Navy and Army inquiries. Check him out first for an inexpensive Leatherneck tartan kilt.
Now if you need a 5 yard wool in the Leatherneck, I'm your guy. ;)
