Photo blunder in new Scottish Lion catalog

I have received the catalog today (in rather bad shape). While I disagree with the rotating of the picture I do want to point out that there are some really good and different photos in this catalog. How often have you seen men in kilts and wearing Wellingtons? The other photos show men in kilts doing very normal things for men, holding hands with the girlfriend/wife, etc. I can't think of another catalog that has done so well in making me feel that men in kilts are just plain right.

The "anatomy" showing in the Sears catlogue is a myth. I know, I did not see it - it wasn't there. Similar to "Kirking of the Tartans" we have started a tradition, which never existed before.

Doesn't matter though - once it becomes part of folklore, it is fact.

I thought that something was wrong with the picture in the catalog. Mind you that is my next kilt (I think). I came into work on Monday and the Catalog was on my desk. A fellow employee left it for me... they did cross out their name... and no one has said that they left It.

Hmmm people must think i have something about kilts... Now when a package arrives at work.. everyone stops by to see if I bought a new Kilt!!!!

I have a National Geo magazine from either March or April 1968 with a fellow in wellies and a kilt, he is at a sheep auction somewhere in the highlands.
