Well, mine finally arrived today. The shipper didn't put it in the mail until two weeks after I ordered it. Coincidentally, that was also after I e-mailed her to check the status of my purchase. 
She blamed both postal services and US Customs for the delay.
Okay, enough about her lying - the fabric itself. It is a light P/V, lighter than my 11 oz CCK, with no selvedge. Given the feel, the 8 yarder I'll make will probably be a late spring-summer-early fall kilt. The reminder will probably be made into two lined 4 yard box pleats or a lined 8 yarder. But those are projects for later - I have to finish off my 18 oz 8 yard tank.
