I must have gotten the wrong memo...I thought it was shaved heads and kilts.

What's that got to do with beards?
Where I live now, only my wife has seen me without a beard. I haven't seen my chin in 15 years. And I'm okay with that. And I've run the gamut from hair halfway down my back to shaved and everywhere in between. When I don't shave or get haircuts, I tell her to think of how much money I'm saving!!
(I think she knows it's just because I'm lazy, though...)

The kilt grew on me far faster than the beard did, so I'm glad I started the beard first. One advantage of a full beard is that no one can tell that I don't ever wear neckties anymore.

That's my plan. The fabric is supposed to arrive today.

Edit: It DID arrive today! I had no idea that FedEx could deliver through the USPS on a Saturday. Woo Hoo! Now I get to learn how to don a great kilt. Where did I leave my belt?

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
