Sweet! I started off with an Amerililt. I never got the whole "wife objection" thing. What's the problem? It's not like we're cross dressing or even doing something deviant or weird. I just don't get it. I'm lucky, it seems, that my wife actually preferes me to be kilted. Kilts look awesome on us- I'm sure your wife will warm up to it.

Nighthawk you know you were doing something deviant and weird because you are deviant and weird.. LOL!
Anyway, MrLion
, you said you walked outside in the cold in your kilt. I know you don't have much to compare it to, but was it cold with the achrylic, or did it do pretty good?

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

OK... Fine... I am. You don't really know me, so the truth is that you have no idea just how right you are. I'm an artist. I have co workers ask me almost daily what the heck is wrong with me. My office has been referred to by HR as a nightmare...
Done jackin' the thread now. I just had to reply to a well deserved compliment.

Ted, and all of you that wrote:
Thanks for the encouragement! Ted, my KNEES were cold for a while, till they went NUMB (!!!), but the rest of me fared just fine. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk out to check the mail and back, so wasn't out that long.
