Inverness cape on the cheap

David, that is one nice looking cape. Looks like you walking stick/cane folds down in to a "one-leg" stool. If so where can one obtain them?

Not rainproof, but I just picked up a tweed trenchcoat-style overcoat at Target for $19.88 on clearance. It will fit over my kilt jackets and the tweed certainly echoes the feeling of a true tweed Inverness cloak. (Actually they are worth checking out because they have a lot of blazers and sportcoats for under $25. Great material for a kilt jacket conversion, not to mention tartan paterned cufflinks for $5)

David- I know it would be handy for me as I'm having to use a cane from time to time when "Uncle Aurther Ritis" shows up. Plus my Bride/daughters/grandkids have a habit of having to stop at all the booths whenever there's a Scottish festival/Highland Games and they are very slow browsers. Sometimes it's hard for a guy to find a seat to rest on.
