Very cool, do you think you could wear your kilt, and change before your shift? When I worked in a kitchen I had to change, so that is why I ask.

Time. Time is the problem. I leave my day gig @ 16:30 & start the bistro gig at 17:00. It takes 20 min. to make the trip & about another 5 to get my knives out of the case, check for any changes to the menu, find where the prep cook put my sauces & other stuff for the dinners then fill my water bottle for the night. Dayshift boss has started letting me wear black jeans to work as long as I wear a nice button up shirt. This has helped. But next Wednesday I WILL be kilted. We'll take pix to prove it
