Modest digital camera – Nikon Coolpix L11 – set at “Museum” (no flash) setting.
The colors are not as garish live (although they are still bold and "distinct" - non blended) and yes wool does blend and show better.
They are just rough initial pics.
Maybe not jump too early and too hard?
I’ve seen pics around the web of “genuine” IoS that to my eyes appear not to show it to its best advantage.
