Hi RowdyRed! Ohhh, I'd love to see that Texas Bluebonnet sash sometime. It can be so hard to see colors right on the monitor. It looks like such a pretty tartan. What tartan are you having your mini-kilt made out of? I hope it arrives in plenty of time for NTIF!

We'll be playing the Sunday kilt gathering by ear. I'm not sure how our schedule is yet.

By the way, Christopher's kilt arrived today! Woohoo!! We still have to get a few more things and get him used to wearing it before he feels confident enough to go out in public

And thanks again for the warm welcomes, everyone!

I will bring the Texas tartan along this Sunday so you can see colors up-close and personal! Sometimes a vendor may carry small samples of the Bluebonnet at NTIF. Be sure and look around...
I am having my mini made out of County Meath (a nod to my Irish roots! but still keeping it Scottish)

Hope to see you and yours around!

Oh, that County Meath will look nice! Thanks for the tips about NTIF/Bluebonnet Tartan. I can't wait to check out NTIF, I'm sure it'll be a blast.

We're really hoping we can make it Sunday. Christopher has been practicing sitting and getting used to his kilt (he's so cute -- he loves it!). I hope quite a few folks show up, it will probably be his first outing in a kilt and I'm sure he'll be a little nervous

I'll try to answer definitely on the Frisco gathering post whether or not we'll be able to make it. Here's hoping!
