I have visited their sword works in India and it is a first class operation, capable of turning out first class swords and daggers. The costuming on offer in the MR catalogue is, quite frankly, made down to a price and, in this instance, it shows.

It is doubtful that any complaint (even one made to US Postal Authorities) will have any material affect on their over-all business practices. It really is a matter of "caveat emptor".
