I had never heard of the stuff before seeing it mentioned in this thread but just this weekend I was food shopping when i glanced up and saw a jar of it sitting right there in front of me. Considering it a very serendipitous find, I picked it up. I got home and made myself a little marmite, smoked gouda, and toast sandwich and I must say it was DELICIOUS. I tried the marmite itself on toast but it wasn't as tasty so I made myself another with smoked gouda. My daughter took a look at the brown goop, sniffed and said it was disgusting but I made her try some and she ended up stealing the second half of my sandwich.
