Frankly, Captain, I don't believe you need healing. You don't even have one kilt for each month. I see no evidence that any of your dependents is suffering any hardship, economic or otherwise. I also see no reason that you should be obliged to conform to anyone else's ideas of proper attire.
My own opinion of kilt wearing is that its principal disadvantage is the cost of storage. A kilt requires no greater height of closet space than a pair of pants but it does require more length of the rod from which it hangs; sometimes even more than a suit requires.
I note that some libraries, instead of having an aisle between every two stacks, have only one aisle for eight to twelve stacks, using a crank-operated mechanism to move the stacks so the aisle is wherever it's needed at the moment. This arrangement should allow an ordinary bedroom to provide adequate storage for 500-600 kilts. I recommend it to your consideration.
