Great. I'm really becoming keen on the look of vests in general. I like this. Who made your Malcolm tank?

No, I don't know the kilt maker. I ordered it in 1996 through the Piper's Cove when I lived in New Jersey. I would be interested to know, too especially in looking at their website they no longer sell tanks. I've emailed them to find out.
The town, Kearny Pipers Cove is an interested one. I understand in the 1800s a Scottish manufacturing plant and its Scottish workers relocated there. That Scottish influence and ancestry abounds there still.

These mills brought to Kearny thousands of Scots immigrants."
